Our aim is to provide a recruitment service that consistently meets or exceeds our clients' requirements and expectations.

We are focused on making our quality management system work for us so that the result is a continuous improvement in our business processes.

Our commitment to quality applies across all our business functions and all internal personnel will be responsible for maintaining standards and conform with our quality management system. To this effect, Albacore Consulting will provide necessary information and training to support personnel in this objective and to ensure that this policy is understood.

Periodically, management will review Albacore Consulting's quality management system to ensure that it remains relevant to our business and that it is functioning optimally to improve business.

In achieving our goals, we ensure that all our practices meet both the requirements of our customers and also any legislation that may govern any facet of our business practices.
