Duncan has 20 years of ICT experience spanning both professional services and recruitment. Duncan leverages his expertise in the management of resources to deliver to client's strategic outcomes - set deliverables, milestones or on a T&M basis. Working with executive management teams, steering committees and line managers, Duncan has assisted organisations to achieve their ICT initiatives through the provision of Professional Services.

Duncan has experience working in Australia with many organisations including the major Banks, NSW Government, ACT Federal Government, ICT Vendors, Telecommunications, Retailers, Aviation, and Insurance.

Duncan has a Bachelors of Economics and Management from Leeds University, UK.

Case studies include:

  • ICT Vendor – provision of professional services around project / programme management, technical design/ architecture, network engineering from security through to data centre initiatives.
  • Australian Bank - provision of professional services consisting of T&M and Delivery based engagements for projects including Cyber Security, Architecture, Technical Design, Project Realignment, Agile Coaching / Implementation, ICT Refresh, EUC, Storage, Cloud Migration etc.
  • Federal Government – delivery of an IBM WebSphere BMP solution from conceptual design through to implementation, building a team of Architects, Designers, Analysts, Configurators and Developers over an 18 month period.
